Maikol originally from Brazil graduated in Administration with a focus on International Business and has over 7 years working on the frontline in customer services. In Brazil he worked in the international transport segment where he coordinated the import and export operations within South America. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and brings to the company a wide range of knowledge about Latin America culture. This allows Market Pulse to deliver a personalized service and helps the Clients to reach their goals and exceed their challenges. At Market Pulse, Maikol is the first point of contact for clients on a day to day basis and has worked for the global programs team since 2008 managing the Mystery Shop program for over 20 countries in Latin America.
