Pippa joined Market Pulse at the beginning of 2011 having recently graduated from the University of Otago with a BA in Sociology and Marketing Management. Throughout her studies she held roles in both retail and sales, through which she gained experience and insight into customer experience satisfaction. Pippa plays a key role in supporting the New Zealand client services manager dealing with our clients on day to day basis.
