Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Market Pulse International
and is focused on providing research solutions for our
clients. We are uniquely positioned to provide fully integrated
programs covering all your front-line performance measurement and
research needs.
Our Facilities
Based in Auckland, we have a purpose-built telephone
interviewing CATI facility with up to 40 workstations running the
latest data capture software. Our CATI operation has IQS
accreditation which means it conforms to research industry
standards of interviewer training and quality control. As well as
one of the largest independent CATI facilities in New Zealand, we
have an experienced management team and field force offering
web-based interviewing and data processing services. We presently
conduct work in New Zealand and offshore from this facility.
Our Online Panels
With increasing numbers of organisations realising the value of
their customers' feedback, our Market Pulse Panel Payme4feedback provides
