The Problem
One of the world's leading financial services companies
appointed Market Pulse to visit tens of thousands of retailers to
audit and, where necessary, place point of purchase signage
whilst feeding back critical front line compliance information.
Our Solution
In the space of just a couple of months, Market Pulse recruited
and trained a large team of representatives to work on this
project, selected from our database of auditors and mystery
shoppers across the markets. The reps were trained face to face at
a series of over 40 briefings. The visits to be carried out were
clustered into a large series of work assignments using
geographical mapping techniques. With a customized suite of
reporting also developed, our client has been able to track
progress on a daily basis against our agreed targets
The Outcome
The program is achieving target levels of visit completions and
surpassing targets for the placement of signage. The project is
running on time and on budget.
